Return & Refund Policy (Quick Guide)

At Qasr Baljeekah Flowers & Chocolates, your happiness matters to us!

• Flowers: If your bouquet arrives damaged or not fresh, let us know within 24 hours with a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you.

• Cakes & Chocolates: Made fresh just for you, so they’re non-returnable. Refund/replacement only if the order is wrong or damaged (report within 12 hours).

• Gifts & Vases: Return within 3 days if unused and in original condition.

• Cancellations: Free if made 24 hours before delivery. Same-day orders cannot be canceled once prepared.

• Delivery Issues: If it’s our mistake, we’ll refund or redeliver.
