🚀 Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery across Dubai and Fujairah. Simply place your order before 5:00 PM and your flowers or cake will arrive the same day. Orders placed after 5PM will be delivered the following day.
📍 Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver same-day to Dubai and Fujairah. We also deliver to Sharjah, Ajman and other Emirates — please contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 898 0137 to confirm availability and timing for your area.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later in 4 installments). We also accept Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. Payment is 100% secure.
🌹 Are your flowers fresh?
Absolutely. Every bouquet is handcrafted using premium fresh flowers sourced and arranged on the same day. We take great pride in the quality of every arrangement we deliver.
💌 Can I add a personal message to my order?
Yes! You can add a personalised message to any order. Simply include your message in the order notes at checkout, or send it to us on WhatsApp at +971 50 898 0137 after placing your order.

📦 How is my order packaged?
All orders are carefully packaged to keep flowers and cakes fresh and beautiful during delivery. Bouquets are wrapped in premium paper and flowers are secured to prevent damage. Perfect for gifting straight out of the box.
🔄 What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp at +971 50 898 0137. We can make changes or cancellations up to 2 hours before scheduled delivery. After that, we may have already started preparing your order.
